I haven’t had a lot of time to do any crafting this week, life has been a bit busier than usual. I’ve tried to make time in the evenings to do some and for the most part I have managed to do some cross stitch, as these are the easiest projects to dip in and out of when I don’t have a lot of time.

I have almost managed to finish a piece as well, which I’m hoping to get done after I’ve written this post.

I got a gold acrylic paint pen a couple of weeks ago and managed to finally get around to trying it on the edges of the marble shell trinket dish. I’m pretty pleased with the results – I just need to test out the sealer I got and then I’ll be adding it as a purchase option in the shop. Etsy is so saturated with Jesmonite products, I’m trying to look at ways to make items stand out a bit more.

If you follow me on Instagram then you might have also seen the sea glass moon trinket dish, it’s the first time trying something like this with Jesmonite and I LOVE the results.

I’ve also done a bit of baking and tried making pretzels for the first time, using a kit that I picked up in Aldi. It was surprisingly easy actually and I tried proving in the oven, which worked really well.

I did also make some carrot cake with Bear, but we’ve eaten all that so no photo’s to show!

What have you all been making? Are you looking forward to the week ahead? I hope it’s a good one for you, whatever you have planned.
