Well, that was a longer break than I intended. Things have been quite busy recently and I haven’t had a lot of time for crafting, but my time seems to be a bit more organised at the moment so I’m making the most of it and crafting when the opportunity arises.

How has everyone’s summer been? I’d love to know what you’ve all been up to. We’ve been away for a few days, I’m not sure we’ll be going camping again any time soon! Typically the whole time we were away were the only days it rained pretty much over the whole summer!!We’ve also been to an ordaining, a wedding and had some lovely days out as well as spending time with friends and family.

So what have I been working on? Well pretty much the same as in June! Only one new project started and finished, which will get its own post at a later date (spoiler… it’s another crochet dinosaur for Bear)

Back to my current projects then! First up is the lighthouse cross stitch, progress is slow and there is so much black!! Next time I’ll just buy black even-weave. 😂

I’ve also been working on the circus ampersand. I realised I’d really miscounted it, so I ended up having to correct it quite a bit, but it’s almost fully sorted now, so I’m looking forward to getting it finished as I think it will be quite quick from here on out, providing I cam find the time.

I’ve also bought some more jesmonite, so expect to see some new makes, especially as I have a couple of new moulds to try, which I am quite excited about.
