Times are really hard at the moment for everyone. If you had said to me this time last year what things would be like I wouldn’t have believed you.

I’ve read lots of articles recently that have said how much mental health has been affected by the pandemic. Now more than ever it’s important to look after yourself both physically and mentally.

If you are struggling there is no shame in it. Please reach out to a friend, family member or someone you trust. There are also plenty of organisations out there that are willing to listen.
