So as June comes to an end, I have decided to do a taking stock post. I have been rubbish at keeping this blog updated, and I am determined to change this… so here is my taking stock post for June.

Making : A few things at the moment, I am trying to catch up with my current WIP’s which is another reason for being on the quiet side. I am making finn for the BIL, and  I am still making the storm trooper blanket too. I also have the same cross stitches on the go as well.

 
Cooking : pasta or cous cous, i seem to be wanting a lot of both

 
Drinking : Prosecco – June has been the month for it

 
Reading: Not a lot, I don’t seem to have the time for it and can’t remember the last time i picked up a book, which is really unusual for me!

 

 

Wanting: for people to get along, I’ve had enough of the fallout from the referendum to the point where I think I will take a break from Facebook.

 
Looking: at ideas for the blog and ideas to re landscape the garden a little.

 
Playing: futurama on the iPad and tomb raider on the xbox.

 
Deciding: a lot about the business and what to do with it

 
Wishing: there were more hours in the day

 
Enjoying: being in a new location for my main job

 
Waiting: for next week as we put up our new fence

 
Liking: ice cream

 
Wondering: what to do for the best – should i keep trying to sell the things i make

 
Loving: the fact that there hasn’t been any rain today

 
Pondering: life

 
Considering: what to do with all my crafting supplies – i need a good sort out now that the shops are closed.

 

Watching: billions – Damien Lewis is brilliant

 

 

Hoping: that it doesn’t rain next week

 
Marvelling: at nothing really this month

 
Cringing: At nothing

 
Needing: to let go of self doubt

 
Questioning: business choices

 
Smelling: my roses – they have grown event though they were pruned late and moved

 

 

Wearing: my comfortable jeans

 

 

Following: boards for the garden

 
Noticing: how slow this website is, even with my new computer!

 

 

Knowing: that I am lucky

 

 

Thinking: about how people cope with loss (again!)

 
Admiring: people’s dedication

 
Sorting: My craft supplies

 
Getting: inspiration

 
Bookmarking: garden shelters

 

Coveting: a wood burner

 
Disliking: the lag on wordpress between me typing and it appearing on the screen

 
Opening: new beginnings

 
Giggling: with one of my oldest friends who lives in New Zealand

 
Feeling: frustrated

 
Snacking: on cheese

 
Helping: each other

 
Hearing: the birds
