I saw that Rachel had done a post about her 16 goals for 2016 and although I have already been thinking about my new years craft resolutions (see my instagram) I thought I would also post them here and 16 things for 2016 seemed like a good idea!

so here we go:

  1. Finish using current stash of yarn before buying any more (unless it is more for a current project)
  2. Finish all my current WIPs or frog some of them. I currently have roughly 16 WIPs in various stages of completeness (post about that coming soon)
  3. Do more cross stitch, I find it so relaxing
  4. Make more stock for the shop
  5. Make Christmas stock by September!
  6. Do more free machine embroider
  7. Do more courses at the Makery in Bath (I love that place!)
  8. Make more for me and D and for the house
  9. Knit a pair of socks
  10. Learn to do cables in knitting
  11. Make some more amiguarmi and CE test (do any of you guys out there do this?)
  12. Re-organise craft room so it is a workable space, rather than a storage space.
  13. Sell more
  14. Network more
  15. Take on commissions
  16. Enjoy making more, it’s so important to enjoy what you make as otherwise it becomes a chore (hence why I have 16 WIPs!)

What are your top 16 things for 2016? They don’t all have to be craft related!
