I have decided that 2015 is going to be the year of finishing things, I plan to finish all the blankets I currently have on the go (I’m ashamed to admit that I have 5 on the go at the moment, with two more to make for birthday pressies, eek!!)

This blanket is all for me!!!! I love it so much at the moment, but it is only about a quarter of the way completed, so this is towards the top of things to complete this year.

I also have decided to make more stock for my shop and try and add a few more items to it, I want to add some more cross stitch items as it is something that I am still really enjoying do and I find it so relaxing. Did I also tell you how much I am currently loving evenweave at the moment as well? If you haven’t tried it I suggest you do, I don’t think I will go back to aida as it gives everything such better detail.

I’ve got two cross stitch’s on the go athe moment, one is designed by Stitchrovia and is the Victoria sponge pattern, which is for one of the besties birthday’s. The other is the sugar skull you will have all seen at some point over previous posts. I also have a mr & mrs cross stitch to do for D’s brother’s wedding in October.

this is where I have got to so far on the victoria sponge cross stitch.. I have until May to do it, I also have a giant granny square blanket to do by May as well for D’s other brother’s 40th birthday pressie. I really like to add pressure to myself don’t i?!
